Fireproof plywood
Plywood like most materials containing cellulose is highly inflammable. Statistics confirm constant increase of inflammation cases if fire cargo is plywood. Objects for fire can be passenger cars, electric and diesel trains, dwellings etc.
According to fire safety requirements and construction regulations, and also depending on functionality of objects it is allowed to use constructions made of plywood with parameters of low inflammation and flame-resistant. These constructions don’t spread fire over the surface; they are characterized by negligible fume formation, by toxicity of products of burning they are low-hazard.
Joint Stock Company “Fanplit” has organized manufacture of fireproof plywood, capacity - 100 m3/ month. “Fanplit” has developed normative and technical documentation, such as “Technological rules” and technical requirements ТУ У 20.2-33741429.001:2006 “Components of the fire-protective plywood”. “Fanplit” has also carried out certification tests of flame-resistant plywood and received the certificate of conformity.
