Main characteristics of glued plywood FK

Glued plywood is intended for usage in building and furniture structures protected from moisture. It is produced both for home market and for export.     Glued plywood is manufactured on imported equipment following all requirements of wasteless foreign technology.     The obtained raw material passes through the input control. To avoid cracking of the logs their ends are painted over, and the logs are kept in pools with water. The plywood raw material is sawn into logs of 1630 mm length. The logs are sorted according to species and diameters, piled into packs and pass hydrothermal processing. Then they are delivered to the peeling machine "Raute" (Finland).     Technological waste products are used in fiberboard production.     Ready veneer is dried in the driers SRG-25M at the temperature 280 - 300 С.     Dried up veneer is sorted, improved and enters the section of package forming and plywood gluing. Plywood is glued in the presses P-714 at the temperature 115 - 135 С.
