    The fuel woods and wastes of plywood production are grinded to technological chips in the chippers M PP8-50GN and MPH-50.
    Chips are sorted, washed and enter the steaming chamber. After steaming, chips are transported to the grinder, where they are grinded to fibers. After drying the fibers, mixed with glue and additives, come into the dosing bin of the forming machine "Bison-werke". After the forming machine the mat is transported to the roll press for compression. Before coming to the calender press, the mat is being trimmed. The mat is compressed between the steel belt and the calender at the temperature 160 - 190 С. Then the fiberboard is delivered to the cut to size saw and is cut out to necessary sizes.
